Family home located in a quiet neighborhood, just 800 m from the beach and shops. Enjoy a private garden with stone barbecue and outdoor furniture, plus your own parking space. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living area with a lounge (TV/WIFI), dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen (filter coffee maker and Nespresso). There's also a separate toilet and a spacious bedroom (140 cm bed, 220x240 duvet) with French doors opening to the garden, plus an ensuite bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there’s one bedroom with a 160 cm bed (240x260 duvet), a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed (220x240 duvet), a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. The entire house is yours to enjoy. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an extra charge depending on the number of guests. Duvets and pillows are available. Cleaning is mandatory to ensure the house is spotless for each guest. This service is not included in the reservation and must be paid for separately. Please make sure not to leave the property in disarray before your departure (put away kitchenware, unmake beds, take out trash, etc.).
